We’re so excited to have you as part of our Happy Beans family. Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and welcoming space for children to play while parents relax and connect. Please read the agreement below carefully before signing.

Play Area Safety & Liability

• I understand that Happy Beans PlayCafe is not a drop-off facility. A parent or guardian must remain on-site and always supervise their child(ren).
• I understand that play involves physical activity and that, while the space is designed for safety, minor injuries may occur (such as bumps or falls).
• I agree that I am voluntarily allowing my child(ren) to participate in play at my own risk.
• I hereby release and hold harmless Happy Beans PlayCafe, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims for injury, loss, or damage that may occur while on the premises.
• I agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions, including designated play zones and age guidelines.
• Socks are required for both adults and children at all times inside the play area.

Membership Agreement

• Membership includes unlimited weekday playtime for 1 child + up to 2 adults, along with additional perks listed on our website.
• Memberships are billed monthly through our Square Subscription system.
• Billing will occur automatically each month until cancelled.
• I understand that my membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once payment is processed for that billing period.
• Membership may be cancelled anytime before the next billing date with no penalty.

Payment Authorization

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I will complete the payment setup through Square and authorize recurring monthly charges for the membership plan I select.

I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Membership & Play Waiver Agreement.
