Guns are meant and intended to fire rounds which if come in contact with humans can be deadly. I have requested to use the firearm and understand its intent. I have inspected the firearm and it appears to be in good and proper working condition, if at any time during my use of the gun that I have rented from TBSC a malfunction occurs I will promptly cease use of the firearm and contact a member of the staff of TBSC to provide assistance with any malfunctions whether it deemed major, minor or otherwise.

I will inspect the gun that I am renting. I understand the gauge gun is to have the correctly matched ammunition for the gun that I am renting. I understand that I am responsible for my use as well as any persons whom I allow the use of the firearm and therefore I indemnify and hold harmless TBSC, their employees, officers, directors and agents from and against any and all suits, actions, legal or administrative proceedings, claims, debts, demands, damages, liabilities, interest and expenses of whatever kind or nature arising from this agreement or its performance caused in whole or in part by any act or omission by me.

I agree not to transfer or allow the use of the rented firearm by an unauthorized user or felon or any person otherwise prohibited from legally possessing firearms.

I agree to return the gun to TBSC in a like condition as it was when I received it and there should be no significant wear or tear on the firearm and I fully accept responsibility for any and all cost to place the weapon in the same condition as which it was delivered to me.
