50 Minute Full Body Workout consisting of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching. You can expect a combination of: running/walking, plyometrics, calisthenics (body weight) movements, resistance training using various equipment (dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, medicine balls, battle ropes, stability balls, and TRX). Every class is instructed by a certified personal trainer and every workout will be different. Alongside bad a$$ workouts you will get nutritional support and basic meal planning assistance. Get ready for a challenging butt kicking workout with awesome results! See you on the red carpet!
